Richard is a senior commercial valuer with extensive statewide experience in general office, retail and industrial assets and within specialised asset classes including the hospitality sector (casinos, gaming venues, hotels and motels) and developments (commercial and residential subdivisions). Richard is experienced in a wide range of valuation and consultancy services including development feasibility, taxation, accounting, financial reporting and family court matters. Richard has held senior positions within the valuation industry including Board, Director and Regional Manager positions within Tasmanian and National organisations.
